CREATING A TEAM?
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
​As a Team Captain, you’ll be in charge of setting up your team, spreading the word, encouraging others to register, and helping your teammates get their race-day materials.
​
Invite your co-workers, family, or friends to join you and create a team for this year’s Turkey Trot. Matching outfits are encouraged—you’ll love the photo ops!

**There are no minimum registration requirements to form a team.**
REGISTRATION:
​​For Team Captains

To create a team, captains must first register themselves by clicking the registration link and then selecting "Create a Team" at the bottom of the form.

After registering and creating a team name, captains should notify their teammates to register under that team.

For Team Members

Click the registration link

At the bottom of the form, select "Join a Team"

Choose your team name from the dropdown list and complete your registration

​​All race entry fees must be paid before you can receive your race packet.

PACKET PICKUP
All pre-registered participants are required to pick up their race packet—which includes your bib number, safety pins, timing chip, race shirt, and more—at the designated packet pickup. If you are unable to attend, a friend or family member may collect it on your behalf by presenting a copy of your photo ID.
We're currently looking for a host location for this year's packet pickup, and it's available as a sponsorship opportunity. It's a great way to gain visibility and connect with the event participants.
