1. How do I register for the Fort Lauderdale Turkey Trot?

   • You can register online by clicking here.
      

2. What is the deadline for registration?

   • Check out the Registration Schedule for deadlines.
      

3. How do I know if I am registered?

   • Once you have registered online, you will receive an email confirmation.
      

4. Where and when can I pick up my race day packet?

   • Check Packet Pick Up dates, times, and locations on our General Information page.
      

5. Do you mail out race day bibs?

   • No. All bibs, timing chips, and race shirts must be picked up at race packet pick-up. Late & Day-Of Registrants will receive bibs at the race site and are not guaranteed timing chips and/or race shirts.
      

6. Are strollers allowed on the course?

   • Yes, all are welcome to participate.
      

7. Can I run with my dog?

   • No. For safety reasons, we request that dogs be left off the course.
      

8. How can I volunteer?

   • Please visit the volunteer page where you can download and print the volunteer form & waiver. We estimate that we need 50 volunteers to keep the race running smoothly so any and all help is appreciated!
      

9. Can I get community service hours for volunteering?

   • Yes. There will be an authorized race staff person on-site to sign any community service hour forms.
      

10. Where are the Porta Pottie Locations?

    • There will be plenty of porta-potties located at the southern section of the park, west of the start line.
       

11. Where do I find the race results?

    • Previous Years’ Race Results can be found here. 
       

12. Can I walk in the event or do I have to be a runner?

    • Walkers are welcome and encouraged to participate in the race!
       

13. Do you have age/division awards?

    • Plaques to top three overall male and female 5K finishers.

    • Medals to first, second and third place 5K age group winners.
       

14. Can I wear a costume?

    • Thanksgiving-themed costumes are welcomed and encouraged!
       

15. Where will the race be held?

    • Race participants will start at Las Olas Oceanside Park, head South on Seabreeze Blvd, turn around just past Bahia Mar Hotel, head North on A1A to Sunrise Blvd, and finish back at Las Olas Oceanside Park. We have provided a map of the race for your convenience.
